*how I interpret the company hierarchy

Process of packing :

Step 1 – all orders are printed out this includes the package labels, invoice and packing forms

Step 2 – each order has four pieces of paper work which are put together (packing notes, labels, returns information and invoice)

Step 3 – the orders are then picked from the stock room and placed on shelves ready to be packaged

Step 4 – the boxes are made and put together with tissue paper lining

Step 5 – each order is then packaged up with the labels, invoice and returns information within and taped up ready for collection from the delivery company.
